The Ucar lab is seeking motivated computational scientists to use single-cell technologies to understand how human immune cells change with age and with diseases (Lupus, COVID19, RSV). Our lab combines experimental and computational immunology techniques to uncover age or disease-related changes in the human immune system. We are seeking individuals who have prior experience with programming and/or genomic data analyses and who are willing to learn new topics in genomic medicine. Qualifications

Prior experience in conducting and publishing research.

A PhD. in a relevant field (Computational Biology, Molecular Biology, Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Statistics, Applied Math, Immunology, Genetics).

Recent PhDs or PhDs who are interested in changing disciplines are encouraged to apply.

This is a full-time position eligible for retirement and health care benefits.
