Duties and Responsibilities:
- In collaboration with the Director of External Affairs and faculty, design and develop youth enrichment programs for high-achieving elementary, middle school, and high school students.
- Assist the Director of External Affairs to develop, promote, and evaluate professional development programs for K-12 teachers/educators including the Advance Placement Summer Institute and School Counselor Workshop.
- Market and promote all outreach programs, including, but not limited to youth enrichment programs, APSI, School Counselor Workshops, and distance learning courses.
- Assist the Director of External Affairs to develop an appropriate budget for all outreach programs.
- Facilitate all outreach programs on the day of the event. Arrange Academy student volunteers to assist in running events.
- Collaborate with the Executive Director on seeking and applying for grant opportunities to support the Academy’s outreach programming.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
