Job Summary
This position is responsible for user training and associated system documentation, maintenance of degree audit system and associated testing/upgrades, and analysis of course substitutions data/metrics.

Responsibilities
The duties include, but are not limited to: JagTrax
JagTrax Training for new and current users.

Create and maintain JagTrax user documentation
Create and maintain JagTrax standard operating procedures for Registrar's Office.

Technical Support
Provide technical support to users on a daily basis.
Assess, implement, and maintain Scribe
Participate in the curriculum proposal process via Curriculog and implement approvals into Scribe.

Test plans and Testing
Build test plans and conduct testing of JagTrax.
Degree Auditing
Review and engage with data analytics to implement improvements for degree auditing. Monitor course substitution analytics and questions from advisors and the Graduation Team to ensure degree requirement accuracy.

Professional Development
Participate in professional development (attend webinars, conferences, Ellucian training)

Continuous Improvement
Use all opportunities for continuous improvement and adoption of the degree audit system. Other dutiesOther duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements
Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university with three years' of related work experience.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
KNOWLEDGE
Knowledge of the principles, policies and techniques of educational administration; thorough knowledge of University policies and procedures related to AU; thorough knowledge of USG rules and regulations. Strong problem solving skills; ability to plan and coordinate work independently; ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Knowledge of integrated information systems.

Shift/Salary/Benefits
Shift: Days/M-F (work outside of the normal business hours will likely be required of an employee in an exempt level position)

Pay Grade: 15

Salary: Minimum $38,913.00/Annually - $50,000.00/Annually

Salary to be commensurate with qualifications of the selected candidate within the established range (generally minimum-midpoint) of the position
