Registered Nurse - ICU Night

** $20,000 Sign on Bonus **

The successful candidate:

  • Assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and documents the care of critically ill medical and surgical adult patients.

  • Provides acute care per protocols.
  • Assists with special procedures.
  • Directs the care delivered by patient care partners and other health care team members in the department.
  • Collaborates with physicians to evaluate patient readiness for change in level of care.
  • Cares for medical oncology, surgical oncology, and telemetry patients as necessary.
  • Recovers MAC local patients when PACU is not open.

Qualifications

Your qualifications should include:

  • 1-2 years of acute care experience
  • Graduate of NLNAC or CCNE School of Nursing, and licensed in the state of IL
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) through American Heart Association

Salary / Pay Rate Information:
Pay Rate: $31.90 - $52.55 / hour

The estimated pay scale represents the typical [salary/hourly] range City of Hope reasonably expects to pay for this position, with offers determined based on several factors which may include, but not be limited to, the candidate’s experience, expertise, skills, education, job scope, training, internal equity, geography/market, etc. This pay scale is subject to change from time to time.
