Position Description:

The University of Louisville, Department of Radiology, is seeking a fellowship trained academic diagnostic radiologist to join our growing team.  Candidates must be comfortable with most general modalities of radiology including neuro, abdominal, cardio thoracic, and emergency imaging.  This is a position at an outstanding teaching hospital and may be filled at Assistant or Associate Professor Term level (open rank), on a part-time or full-time basis.

Conference Participation: Multidisciplinary tumor boars and trauma conferences, resident case and core didactic lecture conferences; medical school lectures.

Responsibilities: The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the supervision and training of Radiology residents and fellows in the interpretation of Abdominal/MSK/Cardio thoracic radiology, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, and Fluoroscopy. As an integral member of our team, you will contribute to the growth and success of our academic radiology program.

Hospital Coverage: As a member of our team, you will be providing imaging services for the prestigious U of L Health hospital system, including, U of L Health – University Hospital, U of L Health Jewish Hospital, as well as the local VA hospital, providing an enriching and challenging environment for our radiologists.

Required Qualifications: Medical Degree or equivalent, eligibility for Kentucky Medical License, and ABR certified or eligible.
