Role summary:
Business Support Specialist is responsible for organization and execution of operational activities of the commercial BioPharma organization
Role Responsibilities
Operational Performance
Provide operational support to the commercial organization, including but not limited to MAPP and Ariba processes, coordination of the events (both internal and external; local and international); administrative support of colleagues in business travelling.
Planning of assigned project activities to ensure delivery timelines are met to reflect business needs
Coordination of assigned projects and activities according to internal procedures and policies on daily basis
Propose solutions and initiatives tailored to the organization needs; be ready to execute innovative operational strategies/models to maximize operation support
Control and coordinate the relationships with vendors and suppliers
Keep track of relevant to the activity documents as per set rules, keep them safe and archive them.
Manage activities according to internal procedures and policies
Report activities and provide necessary information to direct manager.
Approach processes with a One Pfizer mindset to optimize results for Pfizer
Other responsibilities not listed above are possible to be included on a later stage
Compliance
Ensure high standards of Compliance to norms, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree is required, Master’s degree is a plus
2+ years of experience in administrative roles
Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced, evolving work environment
High level of organization and efficiency with demonstrated attention to details
Strong project management and planning skills
Demonstrated ability to partner across functions in country
Fluency in written and spoken English and Bulgarian
