Manages program day to day operations by performing a variety of complex administrative and analytic functions for the Program. Resolves problems that have a significant impact on overall goals of the program(s) and department. Position has a high level of autonomy, collaborates with contributors across the department and is a key position in the Program. Position requires excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail, self-motivation, flexibility and creativity in order to support the needs of the program(s). Serves as a primary point of contact/information for the Program and outside constituents.

As a successful candidate, you will:

  • Manage real estate charitable trust operations and marketing process and administrative tasks and acting as program liaison across the organization.
  • Manage program meetings and workgroups by creating agendas, collecting and sharing appropriate information and reports and ensuring resulting action items are fulfilled.
  • Work closely with Program Leader(s) in identifying and prioritizing the Programs’ administrative, operational, research and resource needs. Create project plans to outline needs and strategies for fulfilling needs for planned giving charitable trust/real estate transactions.
  • Manage operational and administrative tasks and acts as program manager for program quality and business intelligence by providing necessary documentation and effectively communicating data needs.
  • Participate in strategic planning for Program regarding operations, and all resource needs in support of program development.
  • Understand the administration of budgets expenses. Oversees expenditures within established limits. Understands and monitors budget activities and analyze variances.
  • Provide ongoing communication to Supervisor and Administration regarding program development, fulfillment of program goals and information that may impact fulfillment of goals and budgeted targets.

Your qualifications should include:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years progressively responsible for business management, project and program management within an academic or research environment, including experience in budget management.
  • Knowledge about processing real estate transactions preferred
  • Real estate license preferred.

Salary / Pay Rate Information:
Pay Rate: $38.11 - $59.07 / hour

The estimated pay scale represents the typical [salary/hourly] range City of Hope reasonably expects to pay for this position, with offers determined based on several factors which may include, but not be limited to, the candidate’s experience, expertise, skills, education, job scope, training, internal equity, geography/market, etc. This pay scale is subject to change from time to time.
