Position Requirements
- Master’s degree and 5-8 years of experience in Student Affairs with at least 3 years of Residence Life experience including supervision, program development and budgeting.
- Demonstrated strong communication and management skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of student development and higher education administration.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of computer software programs.
- Demonstrated competency in strategic planning and problem-solving.
- Demonstrated strong intercultural competency and experience supporting students with diverse identities and backgrounds.
- Satisfactory background and/or DMV checks required.
Position Preferred Qualifications/Experience
- Experience with the development of learning communities
- Strong skills in using computerized systems to manage housing operations.
- Experience with Banner, CS Gold, Star Rez, EAB Navigate, Maxient or related software.
