What You Will Achieve
Working with Pfizer’s dynamic engineering team, you will play a critical role in the management of manufacturing information systems to improve manufacturing success rates and ensuring zero down time.
As a Reliability Engineer, your knowledge and skills will contribute towards the goals and objectives of the team. Your focus and ability to meet team targets will help in completing critical deliverables. Your innovative use of communication tools and techniques will facilitate in explaining difficult issues and establishing consensus between teams.

How You Will Achieve It
Completion of calibration tasks as determined by the calibration schedule including completion of reports associated with the calibration event in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Completion of deviation records and investigations generated by any calibration failures in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Provide support in relation to the continued operation and compliance of site facilities, equipment and services instrumentation.
To review and approve calibration reports to ensure compliance to site procedures and regulatory expectations.
Prepare instrument specifications to determine instrument criticality and required calibration frequency and acceptance criteria for new and established equipment/instruments.
To maintain the instrument database to ensure all facilities, equipment and services are appropriately registered and calibrated per internal procedures to meet business needs and agreed targets.
Identify and implement calibration program enhancements to ensure alignment with industry best practice and regulatory requirements.
Provide technical support to site calibration/maintenance technicians
Schedule completion of calibration activities so that equipment downtime is minimized.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience in Instrumentation Engineering
- Experience with writing software test plans, user requirements, and system design documents
- Experience on engineering projects
- Familiar with process controls equipment
- Strong knowledge of Computerized Systems, Compliance regulations and standards
- A demonstrated knowledge of code of Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) in the pharmaceutical industry).
- Teamwork focus, good communication skills and training abilities
- Excellent interpersonal effectiveness and communication skills {written and oral}
Nice-to-Have
- Master's degree
- Relevant pharmaceutical experience
- Understanding of programming, and proficiency in at least one language
