Summary
The right candidate should have strong leadership qualities and a strategic view towards the growth and development of subscription services. They will be the media channel strategy lead across International markets managing key vendor relationships, vendor optimisation, leading the end to end trafficking process and testing strategy, and ensure privacy compliance and brand safety across multiple markets and lines of business.
The candidate must be an expert in planning and buying paid search and paid social media, and have led performance-focused campaigns across the globe.
Description
- Collaborate with Geo Marketing Managers to develop media mix and tactical strategies, monitoring results across International campaigns and have the ability to communicate digestible insights on a regular basis to share learnings and inform continued development of the program.
- Lead the paid media test and learn roadmap and learning agenda for International.
- Optimise the trafficking process working closely with agencies and global partners, while finding ways to constantly improve performance through optimisation.
- Monitor daily performance against assigned investments targets, develop and recommend new processes and procedures, while following and contributing to Global best practices.
- Ensure brand safety and privacy compliance across the International Advertising program.
- Own relationships with top global vendors to ensure they provide best-in-class service, contribute to the test and learn agenda by sharing regular product updates and exclusive test opportunities and share platform best practices with the agencies to ensure the paid media program delivers against targets.
Minimum Qualifications
- Extensive experience in digital marketing within a global organisation.
- Expertise in media tracking, attribution methodologies, and a history of working with MMPs and analytics teams.
- Proven knowledge in paid search, programmatic and paid social with a focus on performance optimisation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience buying for iOS apps with a focus on market-leading games and apps.
- General SEO understanding principles.
- Specialist in mobile marketing, measurement and marketing attribution.
