Responsibilities

Prepare hot and cold food, quickly and efficiently handling the grill and charbroiled station.

Perform detail and general cleaning.

Set up and break down events held on-site.

Care for and maintain non-food inventory, supplies, and equipment.

Stock supplies, run the cash register, and wash dishes.

Assist with menu planning, including daily and weekly specials.

Maintain a welcoming and customer service-oriented attitude toward customers.

Other tasks assigned by supervisor, such as running the cash register or washing dishes.
Qualifications
• Basic knowledge of food handling and kitchen skills.• 2 years of back-of-house or kitchen experience required.• Strong time management and customer service skills.• Must be detail-oriented, able to multitask, follow instructions, take initiative, and work without supervision.• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with coworkers and customers.
