What You Will Achieve

In this role, you will be a key player in Pfizer's Finance team, driving the Gross to Net (GTN) process. You will use your analytical prowess to provide strategic insights, helping to optimize our performance and contribute to our mission of delivering breakthroughs that change patients' lives.

How You Will Achieve It

  • Function as the Vaccine Membership SME, develop an in-depth understanding of the end-to-end vaccine contract process, and function as the primary escalation contact for the Vaccine business.

  • Support/Oversee the Vaccine Portal to Flex process and correct interface errors to ensure membership reflects correctly across all systems.

  • Support Reltio proposal processing and ensure all vaccine customers interface to Flex and receive appropriate contract pricing.

  • Partner with Digital to create Vaccine Membership & Vaccine portal improvements. Own all enhancements to Vaccine related tools.

  • Self-starter who works of own initiative with little guidance from Management

  • Support smaller projects and be seen as a cooperative colleague that gets things done. Coordinate results from colleagues with whom there is no direct reporting relationship.

  • Make decisions in a timely manner, sometimes with incomplete information and under tight deadlines and pressure.

  • Own issue resolution from start to finish.

  • Support escalation process by quickly finding common ground and solving issues for the good of all.

  • Support and lead select in-house processes, continuous improvement initiatives, and stakeholder collaborations

  • Organize workload, prioritizes, and proactively follow up on outstanding items.

  • Initiate, develops, and supports formal relationships with key internal colleagues & external customers.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business-related discipline

  • 5+ years of relevant functional accounting/finance or Customer Service experience.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities – Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word

  • Strong organizational skills required to coordinate with business partners both in and out of the organization.

  • Excellent oral, written, and overall communication skills with the ability to conduct meetings and present ideas to groups.

  • Change Agile with the ability to easily move from one task to another, juggle multiple tasks at one time and effectively deal with change.

  • Strong business acumen and professionalism with the ability to interface effectively with all levels of Management and operations colleagues in all applicable Pfizer Finance and business functional areas.

  • Process oriented with strong organizational and planning skills required to coordinate with business partners both in and out of the organization.

  • Ability to operate independently and remain focused through change or uncertainty

Nice-To-Have

  • Experience with Model N Flex and Reltio preferred. SAP experience a plus.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $74,900.00 to $124,800.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 7.5% of the base salary.
