Responsibilities
Brand Management
- Develop brand strategies to optimize the business, including brand plan and its LRF, and lifecycle management.
- Lead brand growth initiatives, including executing brand strategies, managing compliance review, leading development of the campaign and selecting best fitting moduels for the market , developing POA and execution and supporting to train field force on product positionin and prioritization, supporting on tracking progress towards target
- Input to the country OP plan
- Interface with global team to gain support
- Prepare report for BU level internal communication
