Position Description:
The University of Louisville College of Business is seeking a Graphic Designer I or II. This position will collaborate with the Marketing and Communications Director to design, produce, and implement print, digital, and video materials that support the College of Business’s branding and marketing efforts, while maintaining university standards and managing multiple projects under deadlines. The position will be filled at the level as determined by education, experience, and qualifications of the candidate.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Collaborate with Director and other stakeholders to develop and implement communications and marketing strategies.
Design print and digital marketing and communications materials for external and internal audiences (newsletters, brochures, presentations, logos, emails, etc.).
Communicate with constituents throughout planning and production process to ensure final product meets needs.
Design print and digital collateral for marketing needs (flyers, programs, posters, etc.).
Communicate with constituents throughout planning and production process to ensure final product meets needs.
Work with director to maintain university brand standards.
Work with university printing and mailing services and outside vendors, when appropriate, to produce and distribute print materials.
Plan, shoot and edit still and video photography for the college.
Help with technical and design aspects of the college’s website and YouTube channel.
Help manage vendor billing.
Other duties as assigned within the scope of a communications and marketing Participate in creation of marketing ideas and help write marketing copy.
Target Compensation Maximum:
$31.38Target Compensation Minimum:
$20.92Compensation will be commensurate to candidate experience.
