Job Description
Medical Information (MI) is a global, customer-focused group responsible for responding to unsolicited medical inquiries regarding Pfizer products.
Key expectations for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Addressing inquiries from multiple channels and providing support beyond the country of residence.
- Performing core MI science-related activities for a designated portfolio by leveraging expertise in MI science skills ensures the delivery of high-quality medical and scientific information to health professionals, consumers, and external organizations.
- Supporting audit and inspection preparation, as well as product launch readiness activities.
This role is expected to actively participate in local and regional projects/initiatives and support the operational aspects within the Medical Information function. All operations must be in compliance with corporate and departmental Standard Operating.
Qualifications
- Scientific background (pharmacy background is preferred).
- Be able to speak Thai and Vietnamese
