SummarySaint Xavier University invites applicants for an open-rank Tenure-Track Faculty Director Position in Mathematics. The director will lead the review and delivery of the Mathematics courses to ensure a strong curriculum, effective instruction, and student success.
The position is available beginning spring 2025 (preferred) or fall 2025.
Rank depends on credentials and years of experience; salary commensurate with experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Teach a variety of mathematics courses to serve the General Education curriculum, Math Education majors, Math minors, and non-majors.
Develop Mathematics courses and curriculum
Work collaboratively to develop, assess, and revise the Mathematics courses and curriculum through assessment and program review.
Hire, supervise, evaluate, and support adjunct and full-time faculty
Participate in department and university service
Produce scholarship, including peer-reviewed publications
Qualifications
Doctorate in Mathematics
Experience developing and teaching highly effective undergraduate Mathematics courses
Knowledge of Mathematics curriculum design
