Job Function:
Group exercise instructor focuses primarily on helping all members “get to a healthier place.” Develop and conduct safe and effective exercises for a wide variety of participant skill levels.
Minimum Education:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Education:
Interest or field of study related to health and fitness.
Minimum Experience:
None.
Preferred Experience:
Knowledge of calisthenics, body weight exercise, with cardio and strength training.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance, education, and encouragement during instruction.
- Develop professional relationships with all members to improve retention.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
