The primary function of the Business Unit Administrator III is the business operation management of the Division of Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition. The Business Unit Administrator III manages financial activities and other general administration activities of the Division of Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition, including managing BA4, OnBase, Medhub, Clarus systems, reconciliations, PO management, Sub-awards management, payment requests, and travel. The Business Unit Administrator III will also manage inventory control, purchasing protocols, and relationships with supply vendors for all units in the division. As part of the GHN administration team, the Business Unit Administrator III will manage Medhub and work with the Division Chief, fellows, and faculty. Additionally, the Business Unit Administrator III will oversee division technology including implementing software and hardware updates, troubleshooting, and inventory. The Business Unit Administrator III will also collaborate with division staff to manage accurate and current personnel records.
Compensation will be commensurate to candidate experience.
