- A working knowledge of Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge/NXT preferred.
- Knowledge of higher education and university advancement operations.
- Ability to read and understand basic financial statements and data.
- Project management experience a plus.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive due diligence research utilizing multiple sources to vet nominees for Foundation, Alumni, and college-based awards. Create reports containing findings. (Due Diligence and Award Vetting)
- Develop research profiles by compiling data from a variety of resources including the database and other sources including, but not limited to, Lexis-Nexis, Live Alumni, Blackbaud Fundraiser Performance Management, social media, alert services, and print publications to fulfill timely research requests. (Prospect Research)
- Support proactive prospect qualification processes by pulling lists and preparing data. (Proactive Prospect Development)
- Support the implementation of electronic wealth screenings, which includes review and evaluation of screening results and identification of prospects for further research. (Prospect Research)
- Monitor the event module in the database to identify proactive research needs and perform proactive research accordingly. (Proactive Research)
- Assist with the development and review of research spreadsheets for events and football suites. (Prospect Research)
- Support the maintenance and data integrity of the prospect fields within the database. (Relationship Management)
- Perform global updates, imports, and exports to assist with prospect assignment changes and portfolio integrity. (Relationship Management)
- Manage multiple projects at one time and meet deadlines.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
