Minimum Education:
Preferred Education:
Minimum Experience:
- Two years of field experience in:
- Case management
- Crisis intervention and/or
- Working with people experiencing homelessness
- At least one year of prior field supervision experience
Preferred Experience:
- In-depth knowledge of Muncie community resources
- Five years of social work field experience
- Two years of field supervision experience
- Program development experience
- Valid social work license (LBSW, LSW, or LCSW) in Indiana
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct one hour a week of formal supervision (can be in-person or virtual)
- Train student to navigate benefit applications, navigate community resources, and obtaining identity documents on behalf of patrons
- Provide up to 3 hours a week of student support by phone, text, virtual, and/or on-site
- Collaborate with library task supervisor and BSU faculty
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
