We are hiring a Principal Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our team as a Product Operations Lead.

If you join the Responsible AI team, you will join an organization committed to partnering with stakeholders across policy, research, and engineering to help every product team in Microsoft and our customers ship these evolving technologies responsibly.

In this role, you will drive operations for the Responsible AI organization – helping to create a thriving and effective environment for a team operating at speed and scale.  You will also manage cross-company engagements and initiatives.

This role requires an understanding of generative AI use cases and responsible AI, a keen sense of product to support responsible AI commitments while keeping product innovation in mind, and technical background to support development of responsible AI technologies.
